Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://redbarnfencega.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Red Barn Fence reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Red Barn Fence markets and arranges Aluminum Fencing, Chain Link Fencing, Wood Fencing, Steel Fencing, Electric Fencing, Fence Installation, Fence Repair, Junk Removal. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. Red Barn Fence (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Red Barn Fence makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation. In no event will Red Barn Fence's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Red Barn Fence harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. GA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of GA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Modifications. Red Barn Fence may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
